I recently moved and this Rite Aid is within walking distance of my new place. I read the reviews and although they were awful, I still decided to have my scripts sent there. They didn't have my effexor at all, had to order it, and my insurance wouldn't cover my other script until tomorrow. I however needed that medication today because I don't have any left and I get deathly sick without it (Seroquel). The most unfriendly and non helpful pharmacy around. Go somewhere else.
The store NEVER answers the phone. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 days now. I even tried calling 7 times, just for today, and still NO answer. I also went last week to try and pick up a prescription that I refilled over the automated system and had to wait, even though it said it would be filled the next day. The lady at the counter said it would be a few days but when the Pharmacist heard me upset, he filled it within 5 minutes. This store is HIGHLY unprofessional and disorganized.
The pharmacy staff’s customer service is terrible. I’ve been standing at the desk for 10 minutes and the two workers haven’t even acknowledged me.
