No one answers the phone bad customer service.
I called 2 days in a row, several times and pressed #5 , no one answered and the machine is on a loop ,you never get an answer or person. The last 3 times I went there with Access A Ride the store didn't have what I needed , a waste of time and money. Since they can't answer the phone it's better for me to take my business elsewhere.

Today, December 19th, there was a lady at the front register who gave me an attitude while I was translating and assisting a guest who didn’t speak English and needed help with an exchange. I was being extremely nice to her, but she started acting irritated for no apparent reason. At one point, I asked if someone could please open the door, and she responded with an attitude, saying, “Go over there,” in a rude and dismissive tone.
