This has been my pharmacy for many years, but as of late the pharmacy has been lacking in performance and expectations. They do not open in a timely manner and just walk in while you wait with no apology or explanation. This has happened too many times..They also do not answer phones as they should or follow up on orders and reorders
Do not bother coming to this store. I don't know why they won't just admit they're going out of business and shutter the place. The shelves are more barren now than they were at the height of COVID. I can rarely find anything I'm looking for, just aisle after aisle of bare shelves. They don't even have Tic-Tacs! The zombies behind the counter deny the place is closing. Just pack it in and stop wasting customers' time by having them come to an empty store.
This place has lazy workers that lock the doors and hide 10-15 minutes before closing. Not good for business.
The pharmacists are unhelpful and unapologetic. The first time I had a bad interaction I let it go but it’s been quite a few times now. They will not hesitate to turn you away, they don’t care if you’re nine months pregnant or with a small sick toddler. Their customers are not their priority. Recommend any other local pharmacy.
