The people in this pharmacy are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I hate that this is the only pharmacy in cowpens. That is the only reason I use them. I absolutely dread having anything filled here.Â
Visit this place on a regular basis. Staff is nice and helpful. Ready for it to go full over to Walgreens. Building needs makeover, maybe Walgreens will give it a good update.Â
