School uses Ritchie Photographs. Pictures are okay, and prices are high. Wish we could preview them digitally first. Ordered class pictures and after 3 months still have not received them or heard any communication regarding when they are to be delivered.
Terrible experience! I purchased a wooden plaque for my daughter and it didn’t have her sport on it, her picture didn’t even fit correctly and over all was just junk! On top of that, the pictures in the plaque were the pictures I ordered separately cause I wanted more pics. So basically paid $40 for an empty plaque. I also ordered magnets which just had the pictures glued on and weren’t even put on them evenly. Terrible quality!! If I want my $ back I have to mail it back to their PO Box which I think is ridiculous! I should... read more
Quality is terrible/blurry and the picture is off center. The only option it gives me for a refund is getting it mailed to their PO box. Do not recommend. Not buying fall pictures again for any of my children.
John Ritchie is the best in the business!! He’s photographed all 3 of my children!! This will always be my favorite!
