I've had only great experiences with the Ritchie brothers; we've bought equipment and also used their financing services. Our account guy, Chase, is always on top of whatever I need and has always provided us with incredible service. We always look forward to working with him! I would recommend them any day!
This place is a joke. I was preapproved up to 50k for a backhoe but they move so slowly I had to pay for it out of pocket or lose the machine I wanted. The lending agent Dave Sprauer told me "buy the machine and we will remimburse you". Their website says approval in a day but that doesn't mean getting the loan. I waited for well over a month, jumped through a bunch of hoops, paid $1000 for insurance I didn't need etc only to be told later they weren't going to finance the machine because they think it's older than the tag s... read more
Gotta love when they separate items so a 15% charge jumps to a 550% fee LMAO I dont care if its in your before you buy page. That is absolutely predatory. If charges like that are possible, you should have much more evident disclaimers. Please for the love of everything be aware. no matter how pathetic a lot is, even a little angle grinder worth 20 dollars on marketplace, there is a 100.00 minimum transaction fee before you pay taxes as well.
