If I could give zero stars, I would. dealing with Ritchie Bros. has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. The customer service is practically non-existent; they are dismissive and unhelpful. It’s obvious that they prioritize their profits over people. I definitely won’t be doing business with them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting decent service.
