What a really cool store with a great selection of pieces that are reasonably priced. Very friendly, but not pushy sales staff. We'll be back!
I recently had an issue with a reclining chair I purchased from Rita’s … a few years ago!!! My husband and I were actually there shopping for kitchen chairs and just happened to mention our recliner. Shauna and Ford were immediately interested and asked for pictures. Ford is checking on parts and Shauna is keeping me updated ‘every step of the way’ (her words ). I didn’t expect any service.
