She was negotiating with seller's attorney without asking me first. Now seller pushing back with requests such as no tax proration, not gonna finish fixing plumbing. Won't fix an active leak, and move a pipe that's in violation of code. Totally unprofessional, and doesn't listen to her clients!! She's also very condescending!! "They won't go for that" attitude instead of just doing it. When did this whole real estate thing turn into the buyer just doing what they are told!! That "they" know best!!
Rita helped us with the sale of our home. She did a great job of keeping everything moving along with the sale and was very quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Rita’s attention to details and super responsive communication made the sale of our home a lot less stressful. Her extensive real estate law knowledge was obvious and guidance was greatly appreciated. We had to transfer a solar contract and she was extremely helpful navigating that process. I would highly recommend Rita whether buying or selling!
