Bait and Switch We hired Theresa and signed a release of liability form for a conflict of interest with her upon our first consultation. There were two of us who hired her and therefore, had two cases, even though it was the same incident. She led us along until the day before my court date and then backed out, claiming a conflict of interest. She kept my $4,000.
