This company made several deliverers to me in the last month. So I had an outbound shipment to go and with YRC being gone I. Decided to give them a chance and they made trying to become a new customer extremely difficult and I moved on to a different company
The company will try to fleece you for storage charges without disclosing it to you... The receptionist told me she wasn't allowed to speak about that while asking me to schedule delivery... Beyond shady
IF YOU HAVE DRIVERS MAKING DELIVERIES AND THEY HIT SOMETHING AND A PIECE OF THERE TRUCK COMES OFF THEY SHOULD HAVE THE RESPECT ENOUGH TO PICK IT UP INSTEAD OF THROWING IT ON SOMEONES PROPERTY. THEN THE IGNORANT DRIVER LEAVES IT THERE AND LEAVES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
