I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this optometrist. After purchasing glasses, I encountered numerous issues. Despite returning the faulty glasses and receiving a refund from my insurance, the optometrist has failed to refund me the gap payment I made at the time of purchase. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received and the way my concerns have been handled. I strongly advise anyone considering this optometrist to think twice before making a purchase. I had a pair of sunglasses that broke, & for a while I couldn't find the same model in other stores. Within 5 minutes Lera was able to find & order for me the model that I was after. Very grateful . Thank you.
