I had a great experience renting an e-bike from Rising Tides. I was able to walk in on a Tuesday morning during July and they got me set up right away. I had never used an e-bike but the staff gave me a great tutorial and I was hooked. I biked across the bridge to Stratford, which had great biking infrastructure, and explored for a couple of hours. The staff at Rising Tides were great and helped facilitate a lovely day in PEI.
Convenient location. Friendly staff. Fair price. Good bike. A nice way to see the city and areas outside the city. The old rail lines are now bike trails, and you could easily spend a day on them, but all you'll see are trees. I prefer the streets around the city.
Went on a city e-bike tour with Rising Tide. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and had great stories about the city. The tour was a nice mix of the old town, history, some water views, the modern city, and even a little bit of trails. Can't recommend enough.
We really enjoyed our tour with Ernie. He was knowledgeable about the history of PEI and took us to beautiful locations and on cool trails.
Sebastian was helpful and informative, bikes were great, the town of Charlottetown was a very clean, British looking port town. Great bikes. Great shop and town. Nicky. Liverpool UK
