Has rising sun spa closed down? I went in yesterday during store hours but they were closed and I've tried calling past couple of days for an appointment but no one answer the phone.
They raised the price for a foot massage. It was $40 now it's $50. They didn't change the sign on the wall. They said that they were not busy. They kept me waiting until another person came in. Probably about 15 minutes. They really shouldn't tell customers this.
Super strange experience. I called them today to book a Mother’s Day Massage. The women who answered didn’t quite speak English so I switched to Chinese. She then quickly told me in Chinese that she wasn’t interested in our services and that I should stop calling and harassing them. I guess they’ve had telemarketers…. But I certainly wasn’t one. She wouldn’t let me get a word in otherwise and hung up. Management - Not sure what you have going on but your employees shouldn’t be so rude and jump to conclusions!

The massage therapist have NO training, nor even understand English! My husband and I decided to try this place because it was close to family we were in town visiting and it was a snow day. We did not appreciate them sitting on us to massage our backs. Young girl working on me seemed to be angry, extremely rough and fast and I do not mean deep tissue therapy, felt more like abuse.
