I started with my counselor very depressed and lots of anxiety. Soon after my parents passed away and I had to cope without them. I was addicted to Norco. My Counselor Dolores, with God's help, helped me to get off of Norco. It was very hard for me, but I succeeded. I thank God for putting her in my life. My depression and anxiety have gone down a lot. UNETHICAL!!! They contacted me just before the holidays, attempting to charge for services from 8-9 months earlier. I received their first email only a week ago, stating they would either charge me or send the case to collections if I didn't pay by December 31st. They informed me of these unknown charges just two weeks before the deadline. They claimed that "a lapse in our internal reporting system" caused them to miss it.
