Firstly they don’t understand English very well ..language barrier..no proper sanitation .smells a lot.. when I just got inside they welcomed me in room and asked how my minutes and directly asking cash .. m not gona lie may be its for old people age 50 above .. I dint had and m not coming back again ..all I can say it’s worst experience in Townsville .. poor customer service ..
