I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this smoke shop today. I entered the store around 8:44 and was not greeted or acknowledged by the employee on duty. He walked past me twice without speaking to me or even letting me know he would be with me shortly. The customer he was assisting actually asked if he needed to help me, and he completely ignored her comment. This made the situation even more uncomfortable and noticeable.
