I’ve tried booking with Risha once and on my first appointment when I arrived I was handed over to another esthetician with no prior notice. That esthetician was good so no complaints there but I wished Risha gave me advance notice as I purposely booked my facial with her specifically. I booked a second time with her which she cancelled on me due to power outage. She told me she would contact me to rebook but she never did. I reminded her again and was ignored completely.
