I had a pleasant buying experience with the sales person last year which I bought a bed and mattress. However, the delivery service was atrocious... the delivery man clearly hated his job where he initially refused to move the mattress upstairs even though I had paid extra for that service. Furthermore, the delivery guy was grumpy and acted as if I owed him when installing the bedframe! Atrocious to say the least! I recommend the shop owner to review the quality of their drivers as this is equally as important.
Rita was incredibly helpful and helped us find our perfect goldilocks bed for a great price.
