Driver came with multiple skids to unload and did not have a pallet jack, he refused to help in any way and he expected us to sort and figure out which pallets were ours in the trailer and unstrap them while he waited in the truck he also expected us to re strap his load which is not our responsibility.
This transportation company bailed us out with one of our biggest customers. The communication was very on point and these guys were always one step ahead of the game. I stressed the importance of our load and they told me "not to worry we are on it" and they pulled through and did a great job. I will be using Riser Transportation again along with all my coworkers because they go above and beyond. Thank you Riser Transportation!
