I used to love coming to this place. I just had to stop my massage half way through because the guy was on his phone the majority of the time. Then they didn’t do anything but long strokes on my back and he kept accidentally scratching me that I have red marks on my back from his nails accidentally getting me and then just the same motion for a half hour! Who gets bored in a massage.
My husband and I have received multiple couple massages throughout the last several years. The spa was clean, friendly, and fit within our budget; that’s why we kept coming back. However, our last visit was entirely different. The spa was not as tidy. While using the bathroom, it was dirty and not at all kept up as previous visits. Additionally, the sheet/pillow placement to lie facedown smelled like sour sheets. Clean, probably. The smell was as if they had been left to sit in the washer too long. Couples massage. The receptionist lacks basic customer service skills, the “beverage” that was offered was nothing more than warm tap water, & she tried to over charge me by almost $100 & then demanded tip. When I said something about the price difference in before walking into the massage room vs coming out to leave, she said “oh, so sorry, I forgot you price”. Keep in mind the sign in the window said couples massage $115, which is still less than the $190 she tried to charge. The “tip” she demanded went right into her pouc... read more
