Alex is awesome! I was nervous that I purchased a fake Samsung phone off ebay and decided to stop by the risen repair shop to see if they can verify the phones authenticity. Alex did a complete check and was able to verify the phone i purchased was legit. Thank you, Alex! Will stop by again if I need any service done in the future.
I took my galaxy s23 ultra to replace the battery, the staff are very welcoming , the place looks clean and organized. They fix my cellphone in a blink of an eye, very clean job done. Very affordable prices, I highly recommend this place.
Got my son's galaxy a 53 screen replaced here in 1 hour now its as good as new all for $75
So I literally came in to get my screen fix the same day screen was not working properly I called them and they said bring it in long as it's not cracked I was very busy have 3 small kids I came the next day they fix it again I left same day the screen start showing two sides at one time so basically screen was still not working the correct way mind you I don't have a car to keep going I was able to access things and after a few minutes it will go back regular mine you I called again and they said come back but this time my ... read more
