Katy really got to the core of my back and neck stiffness! I feel much better.
Katy is the best! She really helped me with my pain today.
Today I had my first appointment with Katy for Somatic Coaching and Bodywork. It was excellent! She very thoroughly explained her approach and processes and also did a very thorough "intake" of me as a new client. I was exceptionally comfortable with her warm yet vibrant style and at every stage of the conversation (intake) and process (sampling of the bodywork) I was comfortable and felt well-cared for and understood. I plan to schedule more somatic work and have already scheduled a 90min deep tissue massage as well!
