My daughter absolutely loves her yoga sessions with Michelle and always comes home happy and excited to share what she’s done. It’s wonderful to see how engaged and confident she has become through the classes. We truly appreciate the nurturing and positive environment Michelle creates, where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged. My son attended Michelle’s wellbeing and yoga session today. He is often anxious in new settings and reluctant to try new things. Michelle’s warm, welcoming approach was so appreciated and as soon as we walked in the door he seemed so much more at ease in her presence. Michelle provided yoga classes for our kindergarten children over a three-year period, and her contribution to our service was invaluable.
