I'll be honest with you I wasn't sure at That it would work. But I stuck with it and I’m back down. I started out at 192 and I’m down to 140 before I gained the weight. I stayed around 125 126 so I think I’m OK with staying around 140. I’m on a maintenance dose now and I feel great losing the extra pounds has done wonders for me And Becki has just been a life friend. I would recommend this to anybody that has worked years trying to get Wade off this stuff really works. Cindy V
