Yesterday I spent a glorious afternoon at Rise Sound & Energy therapy! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a warm smile and a cozy space!! While my friend had her session I relaxed with a cup of tea, a blanket and a good book. When do we ever get to just cozy up with a book. I absolutely loved my fork tuning session and cannot wait for the next one. After a few minutes into the session I felt my body entered a deep state of relaxation.
