Just had an amazing full-body massage with Amber G. at Rise and Shine. She found every knot in my back and worked out so much tension — I left feeling like a brand new person. I have been here three times for massages: twice with Kate and once (my most recent visit) with Amber. (To say that both massage therapists are great - that’s hard to come by for me!) Kate did two prenatal massages for me in my third trimester. I didn’t know at the time, but I had/have a cartilage tear in my hip, which causes a lot of pain, especially when pregnant. Office space is welcoming upon entry. The massage room is very calming and nurturing. Kate is wonderful. She listens and adjusts her massage to your needs.
