Kate is an upbeat, positive, energetic person with a sincere passion for restoring mental and physical health from the inside out. Her technique is special and very effective. I will be returning soon for more bodywork as I continue my health journey.

Just had an amazing full-body massage with Amber G. at Rise and Shine. She found every knot in my back and worked out so much tension — I left feeling like a brand new person. I have been here three times for massages: twice with Kate and once (my most recent visit) with Amber. (To say that both massage therapists are great - that’s hard to come by for me!) Kate did two prenatal massages for me in my third trimester. I didn’t know at the time, but I had/have a cartilage tear in my hip, which causes a lot of pain, especially when pregnant.
