Zoe is a god send. I had extreme pain in my hamstring and shoulder on the right side. She took time to assess and gave me other options to help the pain. Which was yoga. It was a great help and helped me stretch more and correctly. With yoga and Zoe’s help the pain slowly receded. She goes through everything with you and makes you feel you are in good hands. Would highly recommend
