I’ve worked with Zoe on and off for the past few years whenever I feel something that has been prolonged I come to her and she has been able to fix me up and give me a program that aides to my recovery, I struggle with imbalances and once Zoe saw this and we worked on it together I was pain free! I’ve seen that’s she has just completed her yoga and breathwork course so super excited to see where this takes her !

This was my first visit to Rise Rehab Myo and Zoe was great. I think she has helped me with a shoulder issue that has been hanging around for a couple of months. Very calming environment. Highly recommend Zoe.

I have been a client of Zoe's since the start of this year. I feel much greater ease of movement, thanks to Zoe's kindness and easy going approach (and a combo of cupping, myofascial release)!

I came in with constant back pain and after just a few sessions, it’s completely gone. Zoe was professional, effective, and knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend if you're dealing with soreness or tight muscles!

I reached out to Zoe after being stuck in bed for 4 days with Influenza A — when I finally got moving again, my back was incredibly stiff and sore. I’d never tried MYO therapy nor cupping before, but after just three treatments with Zoe, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my movement and overall comfort.
