Everyone was very respectful. Danny was professional and listened to me. I would definitely recommend this facility.
A little bummed by a miscommunication that occurred today on my end- I thought my appt was at 240 and it was 220 on the 4th which was my mistake. First visit evaluation was told by Ashley she had to leave by a certain time, which was off putting. They also have no K Tape which surprised me for PT. The exercises for home PT I received I could google for patients myself based on diagnosis although the app is user friendly. No reminder text for appts (which would have helped for today) but several texts saying I’m under schedul... read more
Ashley is wonderful. Patient and supportive.
The clinic and staff are friendly and efficient. My therapist, Matt, is thorough, professional and personable. He helped me get through an issue with my hip and has helped my oldest son with his back issue. I would highly recommend Matt and Rise Physical Therapy to anyone.
