Telling someone they owe co-pays ahead of time of the scheduled treatment is not legal. I missed one appointment due to new medical treatment at a different facility and the side effects, called immediately to reschedule and apologized profusely on Wednesday. I rescheduled with Jessica for Monday without issue but at 11 PM last night, somebody at rise declined my requests for 2 visits a week through September. Very good experience. Very professional. Great to work with. Helped with pain in both of my shoulders greatly. Easy scheduling. Danny is an excellent therapist.
The staff at Rise Physical Therapy are friendly and knowledgeable. They greatly improved my mobility problems. I left with new knowledge and now feel confident in my ability to maintain a proper exercise regimen. I highly recommend Rise.
