My first time doing this type of physical therapy and Jake has showed me really good stuff to help me on my hip problems but also how to maintain good posture and how important it is to care about core. Really going to miss this as I’m moving to La Mesa but honestly had such a good time
I’ve been working with Jake at the San Marcos location for the past 5 months on my neck issues. Not only is he incredibly skilled but he’s such a caring person. My neck has become stronger thanks to his attention to detail!
Dr Jake and Jinsoo have been the best. I have a collagen disorder that’s caused rheumatic pain throughout my back and shoulders; with their instruction I’ve been able to recover my neck mobility and minimize my pain when I thought it was impossible. Highly recommended (:
Jake is absolutely the best PT I’ve had. When I first started going here in November 2023, they were shuffling around PT staff and didn’t have a set person. Then Jake came along and really showed his attention to detail and his passion for helping others. The nice part is we relate on a lot of different things and the session is relaxed and comfortable. Rise has a great concierge service to call if you have any questions as well.
