I was referred to RISE by my wrist surgeon after an unfortunate roller skating accident (it’s as embarrassing as it sounds). Anna Love (OTR/L, Masters of Occupational Therapy) was integral to my rehabilitation process - attentive, prescriptive, dependable, and overall a wonderful person to work with. I really appreciate the whole hour of treatment from a well educated and caring Physical Therapist Kevin for my Rotator Cuff injury! This maybe one of the only practices involving no aide or assistant during the treatment sessions.

5 stars for the therapists. They really stand by you throughout the whole process. I took away a star because I couldn't come in one day and called at I believe it was 3:00 in My sons have uncontrolled epilepsy and they had testing for school the next morning and their dad backed out to sit with them when I had my appointment, I had to cancel. Twice the receptionist said they would try to work with me and I didn't hear back, I received a bill for $100. I am disabled and trying to get disability and I'm borrowing money to pay... read more

I have had the opportunity this month to work with Kevin. It has been a relief to work with someone who understands me and is helping me to better my situation. I feel safe, understood and in good hands. He listens to me and explains things as we go. I also have been in position to see him train another which only deepens my trust in his abilities. All the people I've interacted with here have been kind and friendly and helpful..Amiee is wonderful in the office as well.
