I went to the El Cajon center to work on intense tail bone pain. Vince was an amazing therapist who managed to majorly minimize my pain super quickly and even got me back to my regular activity’s like chasing my daughter around the yard and waking around the zoo weekly. He’s also super friendly and easy to feel comfortable with. I loved that he always made sure my sessions were focused on getting me to push my limits without leaving me feeling sore and in pain for days afterward. Highly recommend!
I had a wrist issue & went to Rise to help with it. I Worked with Casey Cole & he was amazing. Listened to all my issues & by the end of my last session My wrist was feeling stronger than before I came. Good customer service & very personable. I would recommend him & Rise to anyone I know that needs PT!
Due to a wrist injury skateboarding I had to get pt. I happened to chose Rise in El Cajon due to it's location and I'm happy I did. Casey was my pt. He was professional, supportive, and made me feel comfortable. The other pts were always professional and greeted patients with smile and and hello. They never were goofing around which I appreciated. Thank you Rise Physical Therapy.

I’ve had Noora as my physical therapist for about a year for my neck. She has brought me so much relief and makes me feel like she actually cares about my well being which I think is rare. I’ve gotten stronger, posture has improved, and my overall pain level has decreases after I see her.
