Due to high demand from many hospitals, providers, and patients we have established an East County presence in El Cajon. Being able to service this area has long been a goal at RISE and we are happy to be able to find a space located inside LionHeart Academy to give back to our community.

I’ve had Noora as my physical therapist for about a year for my neck. She has brought me so much relief and makes me feel like she actually cares about my well being which I think is rare. I’ve gotten stronger, posture has improved, and my overall pain level has decreases after I see her.
Amazing place for PT! I spent about about 2-3 months attending physical therapy with DPT Noora. During that time we spent time assessing and properly diagnosing the source of my back pain. After that Noora used different techniques of treatment such as deep tissues massages, mobility and strengthening exercises, and she even gave me print-outs of exercises I should be doing at home. Rise is professional and courteous in every way. My physical therapist Noora did a phenomenal job and did her due diligence when I expressed my concerns and issues. Her positive demeanor helped me along, and she was unafraid to do what what best for my ailments. She chose to do what was needed for my care, not what was easy. I appreciated her efforts and my back and neck thank her for it. Your the best Noora, keep up the great work. I hope others also experience much needed relief through your care.
I cannot say enough how satisfied we are with the service provided. The entire staff is professional and courteous but especially Summer Stewart. She treated my 8yo son who had been complaining about back pain for years. The PT given was personal, and relevant but most importantly effective. Thanks for everything Dr Stewart
