Seriously the best PT in Surprise and maybe in Az! Mark is incredible and all of his staff are amazing as well. They treat you with pure passion, respect, and care! Mark is incredibly talented! Worst experience with office staff ever! Tried to make an appointment they said my insurance did not cover it The insurance sent me a letter saying I was covered. Took the letter into the office staff and they said they couldn't help me. Gave me the name of the billing department which I called at home and she never returned my call. Billing person told the receptionist that she had called my insurance yesterday and they were closed not true. Would never recommend this place to anybody.
Wonderful staff and convenient location. They have cared for me through two knee replacements and I actually looked forward to each of my appointments!
Let me start by saying I never write reviews. I just completed physical therapy following foot surgery for a torn tendon last May. I since moved from southern California to Arizona, hence the delay.
