I placed an online order under Medical and entered my MMJ number on the website. At intake, I offered to show my medical card, but staff said they didn't need to see it. The cashier didn't ask for it either, and nothing was reviewed at checkout. Because I paid by bank, I didn't notice until later that I'd been charged recreational taxes. I've been an Ohio MMJ patient since 2019, and previously shopped at a Rise store before.
