Do not get delivery from here. Messed up 3 orders in a row, and spoke with area manager. Drove to another county to avoid this location for 5 months. Ordered 3 concentrates after 5 months, and got 2 concentrates with a tennis ball. Had to chase driver down driveway because they never checked the order. DON'T GET DELIVERY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT OR EXPECT WHAT YOU ORDERED!
Do not recommend! I’ve been to 10+ dispensaries over the last few years and I must admit, this Rise-Crystal River is the worst. Staff is pretty nice (except Jerry), but extremely limited knowledge of their products. Based on years of experience (local and travel), I would recommend ANY OTHER dispensary over the Rise-Crystal River location.
