I was trying to bring my sister here to work and the business immigration process is more involved than I realized. This office walked us through every step and was honest about the timeline. Her visa was approved. That result after so much uncertainty is the reason I'm writing this.

Went in for help with travel documents and came out with more information about my situation than I had gotten from 2 previous consultations anywhere else. Very patient. The parking in the lot is easy which is a small thing but it helped on a stressful morning.
tbh I had very low expectations coming in because I'd been disappointed before. Left the first appointment feeling like things were actually going to move. They kept that promise. My green card application was submitted correctly the first time.
