Very disappointing experience with Shivan. Saw him 3 times, first was good history, background etc. explained his thoughts well. But second and third visits, very brief (15 mins in and out) He did very basic treatment, gave me a couple of exercises and overall the impression that he had better places to be.. Still having issues, but given I feel like my self directed therapy works better, I won't be going back to see him. Did have a better experience many years ago with another physio here.

Had a great experience with physio Shivan. Knowledgeable, tailored the treatment plan for my needs and very professional. Would strongly recommend him to anyone with a musculoskeletal complaint.

I would strongly reconsider choosing RiseHealth as a physiotherapy provider my daughter underwent treatment there for over a year due to persistent shoulder issues while attending Rowville sports Academy. At no point was I informed of the severity of her condition nor did I receive a single phone call regarding her progress. After 12 months and a second opinion she had shoulder surgery. I am recovering from significant fractures across both my ankles requiring longer term physiotherapy - Shivan Kotecha has been highly knowledgeable and very supportive during this process - I highly recommend him
