I would strongly reconsider choosing RiseHealth as a physiotherapy provider my daughter underwent treatment there for over a year due to persistent shoulder issues while attending Rowville sports Academy. At no point was I informed of the severity of her condition nor did I receive a single phone call regarding her progress. After 12 months and a second opinion she had shoulder surgery.
