I don’t like the fact that they close at 6pm on Fridays, close at 4pm on Saturdays and not even opened on Sundays. It’s the summer time which means it’s hot outside and not all like to workout in this heat.
Absolutely the best community oriented wellness facility! Totally recommend to anyone who is looking luxury experience. Super clean and fresh. All amenities are top quality. My favorite classes are MOVE+MEDITATE with Deena, FLOW and FLIGHT. Sauna area is very tranquil and is great for relaxation, it makes the space peaceful oasis in the busy New York City. Amazing space to really get your ass kicked by some of the best fitness instructors and then recover and chill in the super spa. I’m obsessed with this place. It’s like a secret heaven in the middle of Manhattan.
The space is amazing. I used the steam room and sauna. It was so relaxing.
