Never open! Trying to go to the shop but closed everytime i try during trading hours. Also does not pick up phone
Very disappointed with the customer service.They send me a broken vase and then refuse to refund. Very rude behaviour with me .

Seriously this woman is so unprofessional and she does not even care to firstly send items that don’t appear damaged (and no it’s not rustic if pieces of a tray are missing), have scratches all over. Secondly her reply was not professional. When I called her she didn’t even care, was laughing and saying I’m rude for wanting a new presentable item that at least was intact.
