It's been a tough time to finance real estate purchases. I highly recommend Ryan Rippon to walk you through the process and navigate the ups and downs of mid-escrow changes in mortgage options. He did it for me and his extra effort saved me full half percent over 30 year fixed mortgage. Don't rely too much on the big lenders to customize financing to meet your needs quickly.
