Cant get this they close it for repairs then it opens and now its closed wow get some real workers that know what they are doing.
I have been going to ripples for over 2 years now for a range of problems items is the high light of my week. Staff are all friendly and my one on one physio Amanda is a wonder. Yes there are a few problems with the heaters but better a few missed day but you can always use the pool across the road.
I love coming to hydro, but as everyone, the pool is to cool, not good for me at all, that is when I come n it's closed I try to call no one picks up, no notice on there page, pls put it on your page that you are closed asap for ppl who struggle to get there, but clean n well kept, friendly staff always, They need to be more organised

I just finished my session at hydro..Oh my goodness it was 32.4 and it was beautiful, there was no sting in the pool with the temperature , I actually felt abit cold when I got out, Thanks to all the lovely staff, we really appreciate it..My husband was happy cause I was happy so it made a huge difference to both of us..🥳
