I just finished my session at hydro..Oh my goodness it was 32.4 and it was beautiful, there was no sting in the pool with the temperature , I actually felt abit cold when I got out, Thanks to all the lovely staff, we really appreciate it..My husband was happy cause I was happy so it made a huge difference to both of us..🥳
The hydro pool had constantly been to cool and constantly of late had many complaints about it. If you are needing to improve your health and can't excersize on ground,it is a place to go,but sadly can't always rely on the temp being over 33 as it should be. I have had to do hydrotherapy due to many health issues and after operations. It has helped me a lot but it's been closed again for 2 weeks which makes a big difference when you need it.
This is the second time I check online they are open but when I come here they are closed with note on the door. This is not good enough, please update online and google as well when you are closed for maintenance or whatever to avoid the hassles to the people who put so much effort and time to get to the hydrotherapy facility and return disappointed. Please take this seriously and respect your customers, thank you!
A Real Shame – So Close Yet Poorly Managed The water temperature is all over the place. From what I’ve observed, when staff are in the pool with classes, the temperature stays at a comfortable 33°C. However, when the classes aren’t happening, the temperature drops to 30°C, or even lower. I visit every day for relief for my lower back, and I’ve noticed that the colder it gets, the more pain I experience.
