This place is amazing! Jalisa was my therapist and she gave me THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED - I am not just saying this either. I told her to focus on my back, neck, and legs. As a nurse, I am always on my feet, so my calves and my feet have been very sore. I also store a lot of work stress and muscle tension in my back. My sister and I decided to get the full package with all 4 services for $200. It was well worth it. We started with the cryotherapy and Jade was great explaining everything. Then, we did the float therapy. It took me a while to get use to but I definitely felt float-less. We took showers and prepared for the sauna. After the sauna came our massage.
