My sister and I decided to get the full package with all 4 services for $200. It was well worth it. We started with the cryotherapy and Jade was great explaining everything. Then, we did the float therapy. It took me a while to get use to but I definitely felt float-less. We took showers and prepared for the sauna. After the sauna came our massage. My first time floating and I am a believer! I feel incredible. My back and joints feel like 25+ years of being a nurse are relieved! I fell asleep in the float tank and was completely transported to a world of relaxation I did not think I could get into! My best advice is trust the process, let yourself go and enjoy. As nurses, we take care of others before ourselves. Invest in yourself. Try the float and you won’t be disappointed!
Absolutely amazing experience! The sauna and float therapy left my husband and I feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. The space was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. A perfect self-care escape— We can’t wait to come back! 🧖♀️
