I gave them my and my wifes taxes a week and a half ago. There still not done and they say we can fill a request for extention if need be. 2 days before the 15th. If I went to H&R Block they would have been done the same day. I'll never use this place again. Should have known it was bad when you walk in and you see piles and boxes of paper work all over the office.
Everyone here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. They even take the time to warmly greet my little dog when I bring her along, which truly makes the experience feel personal and inviting.
