Crooked as heck, my husband told them he'd be paying their measley $5 with this payment along with his actual payment. So instead of doing what they said was ok they reported to the credit bureau that he was 30 days late instead, making him go from being able to purchase a vehicle to losing that ability in 24hrs. They didnt try to make it right, they tanked his score instead by 30 points for 5 fing dollars. Garbage, dont bank with them
