Our family has been with Ripco Credit Union for years. The staff are always enjoyable and so friendly! Yesterday I was in and it was one of those days where nothing was working right in my head. I felt a mess, Stephanie and Matthew were amazing at the teller desk! They helped me get all of my tasks easily done and I left with a smile. It could of been very discouraging because I felt like I was messing up and missing tons obvious items that I should now how to do. They were incredible! I dont remember the lady's name but she was wonderful and helped me with everything I needed quickly I love to go here makes my errands of the day fun and not a chore.
Ruth was extremely helpful,kind, and knew exactly what I needed to make my visit quick, and easy.
I had some issues with my business account getting attached to my personal account, after consulting with Skylar Mayo, it was cleared up fast and efficiently.
