I just got off the phone with the owner and he said he is a week out on jobs. He was kind enough to give me some DIY advice to try before bringing in my Ski. Ill try what he said and go from there, but having owned a large Truck accessory and repair business for 15 years, I can tell this is who I want working on my Sea Doos.

These guys are terrific! Took my 07 Yamaha (not running) to them for diagnostic and service. Initially said that he would be back to me by the end of the week, however, got a call back same day with results. Ending up being a plastic bag in the intake and overfilled oil reservoir. These guys are extremely honest and are the real deal. Deal w/ confidence.

I have several 2 stroke waverunners and they have worked on all of them over the past 3 years. Carburetor rebuilds, electrical problems, wear rings, drive shaft bearings, cable replacements, broken motor mounts, just about everything. They are good at what they do.

There was absolutely no communication from the owner once sea doo was dropped off. I understand that only one person may own and mainly work on the jet skis or whatever else he has coming in; however, the owner failed to let customer know the actual time frame it would take to work on the sea doo. He seemed to fool around and make me wait, and when I called he blatantly lied and was rude on the phone. He said he would look at it in a week. Went to the shop, the owner told me that I have to put my name on a list because a lot of people want the jetskies ready for summer. That was 3 months ago. Call him about a month and half ago and he told me that 3 more people in front. Perfect. I just called today and the owner told me that I'm number 15 on the list. What kind of business this is. Then he came with the excuse that now they have a contract with a jetski rental. Poor management. Disorganized and not commitment at all.
