How you treat people & follow through is everything in a business. The other attorneys are possibly better but I agree with what Luke said. In our situation we experienced the same thing & still have not received copies of the closing paperwork after several requests over the last few months. Maybe Mr Arsenault needs a vacation or a hug or maybe retirement. IF SOMETHING CHANGES I WILL UPDATE THIS! 😉

Stay away. I can't speak for Riordon but Arseneault has to be the worst lawyer out there. No empathy. Talks down to clients and extremely non responsive when dealing with clients. If I could have given zero star, I would have. Time for him to retire!
