The owner is very rude outside of his store. I support small businesses, but not entitled people like the owner.
Avid Series Trout 5wt floating fly line. After 3 days of fishing the line just above the welded loop cracked. I emailed the company and this was their reply. (I appreciate you sending that picture my way. Unfortunately, breaks like that do not fall under our fly line warranty since we can't determine whether if it's a factory defect or due to other causes.) I will never trust RIO products again since they will not stand behind their product
