This place is a hell hole, for lack of a better word. They never come when you call them. The place looks rundown. My husband would get water and black coffee (cold) with his meals. The water looked like it came from the toilet. The staff has no time for anyone and do not respond when you need them. Don't let your loved ones stay in this disgusting place. My mistake was not checking it out first. My husband was discharged within hours. Horrible place with rude staff.

My mother passed away Feb. 2023. She was in Rio Pinar Healthcare for several months and was visited by family on many occasions. The facility was always understaffed and used outside help extensively. The care was always extremely poor and lacked continuity. My mother was confused at times and medicated at night to sedate her rather than use guard rales or increased observation and during the day was left sitting for hours in a day room with one aid to observe multiple patients preventing her from resting in bed. First time I visited My relative My relative today 8/15/23 is no help since 9:30 am. Now is 11:19 am now. Still no one come? . I spoke to 4 staff buthear now out in the other ear. No greeting from staff. Patients are screaming for helreslly bad place.. un organize. No diapers or any towels on the drawer,?s. They are rude when you ask. Bad attitudse .

My grandma just started at this rehab, everyone I have met has been so nice the nursing staff are all very nice, the only thing I would complain about is the cleaning . bedside table was sticky her restroom in her room is gross , a little more attention to cleaning.
