Best experience at Rio Medical! The staff are amazing the moment you walk in, you automatically feel welcomed. I made the best choice working with Elita for my skincare needs. She took her time and did a full assessment of my skin and really listened to my concerns and goals. Her approach is professional, gentle and she is very knowledgeable. I ended up with incredible results from Elita, she was able to provide exactly what I was looking for! She is an absolute angel and a master at her many skills!!

I went in for milia extraction yesterday and had a wonderful experience! The entire spa was clean and beautiful, and all of the employees were warm and welcoming. I have very sensitive skin and usually do not choose to have facial treatments done as I am very acne prone. Theresa listened to my concerns and used her very gentle Epionce products while explaining every step of the way to me. She was very knowledgeable and I trusted her with a needle up near my eyes! This is such an amazing med spa! Elita did such a great job explaining things in terms of skincare and answering my questions. Theresa (the owner and esthetician) also did a great job with my service and explaining the way things worked. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back again!!
