I got there Friday night and the gentleman woke me up around 5Am and told me that they had a door available. So they unloaded me in a timely manner. It was awesome I got home early instead of being there all day long.
Prices are good on many items, but their rudes policies about returns or exchange makes a poor company, even when their employees offer something that are you trying to use, trusting about the supposed staff capacitation, they give the guilty and totally responsibility to the customer, no open mind to resolve problems or make agreements to get both parts on good situation. Se tardan un chingo esta gente para cargar como si estuvieran haciendonos un favor. Y ni se diga para entregar los papeles. Cabe mencionar que no hay ningun alma aqui. Asi que no es excusa para que tarden tanto.
