Takes 3 months to get your money back for a dispute. Wells Fargo gave me my money back same day everytime. Nusenda is the worst bank. You cant even deposit a check without it being held for 3 days for inspection. The branches just have a bunch of inexperienced bankers. New teller everytime i go in. I'm not trying to share my banking info with someone new everyweek.

Went in today to pay my car payment and Alondra was very very helpful! She updated me on some information about principal as it relates to my monthly payment and the smile the whole time just capped off the reassurance. Definitely enjoyed my experience here!
